Unconditional Re-delivery or Refund

If a missing issue arises, we will re-send your order immediately. If you don't want to wait for the new shipment, you could choose a full refund for the lost parcel. If you have received a damaged package, please take a photo before you open the package and return the damaged one to the courier. Then contact us or submit a support ticket. We will re-send the parcel or refund your order upon receiving your feedback. If you found damaged items after confirm receipt of the package.
